The study was based on a correlation study design. This is because the design allows the researcher to obtain data using regression and correlation analysis of findings to obtain and determine the relationship between the dependent variable and independent variable. The total population under study was 2000 however the study sampled 322 questionnaires to the respondents, on testing validity of the instruments 322 questionnaires confirmed to be reliable hence considered for data presentation and analysis with a response rate of 322.0. The sampling techniques were simple random sampling and census sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires which were based on five likert scale. The data was presented and analyzed using frequencies and percentages as well as Pearson correlation co-efficient analysis. The study found out that there was a positive and significant relationship between parental practice and moral behaviours of student with sig values and r . Values of (sig = 0.000, r = 3.84.) an implication the null hypothesis of there is no statistically significant relationship between parental practices and moral behaviours of Muslim students in Northern Borough Mbale Municipality was rejected. Findings indicated that there was a positive and significant relation between school environment and moral behaviours of students with (sig = =0.000 < p = 0.01, r = 0.508** ) and that there was a significant influence between school environment and moral behaviours. It was further found out that there was a strong positive relationship with a significant value of 0.00 < 0.01, r = 0.438** ) implying that society practices and moral behaviours of students are significantly related denying the null hypothesis.
